Warranty Policies
- Our warranty will be valid for 30 days only if we supply the lock/s or key/s to the customer.
- If the customer provides the key/s or lock/s, our warranty will only cover the labor and not the product itself (key/s or lock/s).
- Please note that our warranty does not cover any damages incurred during lockout services (car lockout, trunk lockout, indoor lockout, house lockout, safe lockout, storage lockout, commercial lockout, etc.). However, we will make every effort to repair any damage caused by us.
- Our warranty will not be valid if the customer modifies or manipulates the product or the outcome of the service with the assistance of a third party.
Refund Policies
- We do not offer refunds for any services provided.
- Deposits for key/s or lock/s are non-refundable.
Estimates
We provide free estimates for our services, but there is a charge for the service call.
Service Cancellation Charge Policies
- If the customer decides to cancel the service while our technicians are already on-site, a service cancellation fee will be imposed.
- The amount of the service cancellation fee ranges from $29 to $95, depending on factors such as the requested service time, technician arrival time, holidays, weekends, distance traveled, and more. For privacy reasons, we will only disclose partial information such as the zip code or city, if necessary.
- If the customer chooses not to proceed with the service after receiving an on-site quotation from our technician, a service cancellation fee will be charged.
Signing Of The Invoice For Payment
- After completing the service, our technician will provide an invoice with all the details, including the service price. By signing the invoice, the customer accepts the final price and acknowledges that no claims for price changes or refunds will be entertained.
- If the customer requests an email copy of the invoice, we will send it within seven days.
Call Back
- Our mobile locksmith service provides a 30-day warranty for any issues related to the service or product (key/s or lock/s) provided. If you encounter any defects or malfunctions within this period, you can contact us for a return visit within seven days of your initial call back.
- During the first 30 days, a call back will not incur additional charges for the job or product, only for the service call.
- After 30 days, a call back will require payment for the service call, as well as labor and parts.
